Returns:
- You can return any unused and unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned product, we'll inspect it to ensure it's unused and unopened.

Exchanges:

- We'll guide you through the exchange process and provide a return shipping label if needed.
Exceptions:
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
